What does Rock Sales Parts do?
Rock Sales Parts is a virtual auto parts sourcing business. You tell us your vehicle and the part you need, we help identify the correct part, source it through our suppliers, and arrange shipping to you anywhere in the United States.
How do I order a part?
Call us at +1 646 244-2586 or submit a parts request online. We will confirm the part, availability, price, and shipping details with you before you pay.
What information should I have ready?
Your vehicle year, make, model, trim, and engine; your VIN if possible; the part you need; and the part number if you can find it. The more detail you share, the faster we can match the right part.
Can you find a part if I do not know the part number?
Often, yes. Many parts can be identified from your vehicle details and VIN. If you can see a number printed or stamped on the old part, it helps us confirm the match.
Do you offer OEM or aftermarket parts?
Both may be available, depending on your vehicle and the part. Tell us your preference and we will let you know what we can find.
Can you find hard-to-find or discontinued parts?
We will search for older, rare, and discontinued parts. Availability is never guaranteed, but the more detail you give us — especially part numbers and photos — the better the chances.
Do you sell windshields?
No. Windshields are currently not offered. We can help with most other car and truck parts.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Rock Sales Parts operates virtually, so there is no storefront or pickup counter. Parts are shipped to you.
When can I reach you?
Our website and online request form are available 24/7. You can call us at +1 646 244-2586 at any time; if your call is not answered right away, please try again or submit the request form so your details are waiting for our team.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Typical shipping time is 2–4 business days, depending on part availability, supplier processing, destination, carrier, and part type. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Do you ship to every state?
We serve customers in all 50 U.S. states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take longer.
Do large parts ship differently?
Large or heavy items such as engines, transmissions, and body panels may ship by freight and can take longer. Ask us about shipping for large items before you pay.
Returns & warranty
What is your return policy?
Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days, subject to our return policy. After 30 days the return window is closed. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and give you return instructions.
Do parts come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage is typically around 3–6 months, depending on the part, its condition, and the manufacturer or supplier terms. A 30-day replacement policy also applies. Ask us which warranty terms apply to your specific part before you buy.
What if I receive the wrong or a damaged part?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the part and packaging. We will review it under our returns and replacement policies.
Payment
How can I pay?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and payment through a PayPal payment link. Payment is arranged after your part, price, and shipping details are confirmed.
Will you ask for my card number on the website?
No. Our website and request form never ask for payment card details. When you are ready to pay, we provide a secure payment option such as a PayPal payment link.

We help car and truck owners, DIY mechanics, and anyone who needs a replacement part and wants help finding the right one. Repair shops are welcome to call, too.
Are you affiliated with a vehicle manufacturer?
No. Rock Sales Parts is an independent business. Vehicle make and model names on this site are used only to identify the vehicles that parts fit.
Do you serve customers outside the United States?
No. We currently serve customers in the United States only.
